Development of a Business Plan for Integrated Health Services in the Sioux Lookout Area

The objective of this assignment is to develop a business plan for integrated health services. Currently, In the Sioux Lookout area, health services are delivered by a variety of physician groups, the health authority, the province, the federal government and other service providers like university medical programs and allied health service providers. It is recognized that significant benefits could be achieved if these services were planned and delivered under a single business plan. The Universalia team developed a customized integration framework as well as specific recommendations for integration and a costed implementation plan.
