In 2005, Universalia conducted an independent assessment of the ADB’s MfDR Strategy, including a review of progress in implementing the Bank’s MfDR Agenda. Prior to that, Universalia designed and delivered intensive pilot training in RBM/MfDR under RETA 6096 designed to strengthen the capacity of public sector agencies in Peoples Republic of China and Philippines to utilize results-based performance management in Bank-funded public sector programs.
