Robitsher Simon is a Project Analyst within Universalia’s Francophonie practice area.
He has extensive experience in project management and program monitoring and evaluation in international development. He has held key positions with Plan International in Haiti, where he led major initiatives, including the development of monitoring and evaluation frameworks. He also contributed to gender-sensitive projects aligned with organizational priorities, as well as to proposal development and strategic planning processes. Robitsher has worked in a variety of areas including maternal, newborn and child health, gender, sexual and gender-based violence, child protection and food security.
As an independent consultant, he has developed valuable expertise in report writing, methodology development and data analysis.
