In February 2015, a Universalia team composed of Marie-Hélène Adrien, Jérôme Gandin and M. Aminata Diene conducted a 10-day field mission to collect data on the effects of the GPE Reforms (since 2010) on the performance of the Global Partnership on Education (GPE).
More than 50 stakeholders were interviewed representing the civil society, donor agencies, and the various government ministries involved in the education sector.
