Universalia has won a contract to conduct the Institutional and Organisational Assessment for the effective implementation of the Basic Needs Trust Funds (BNTF) in Suriname. This assessment is being implemented by a team led by Dr. Marie-Hélène Adrien, Ms. Katrina Rojas and two Universalia associates, Ms. Anne Bramble, Former Deputy Director of Evaluation at the Caribbean Development Bank and Mr. Leonel Soetosenojo, Senior expert in Technical and Vocational Training in Suriname.
