Universalia’s Performance Measurement Practice was mandated by the United Nations Development Programme in Cambodia to conduct the final evaluation of the 2011-2015 United Nations Development Assistance Framework (UNDAF) cycle and the mid-term review of the 2016-2018 UNDAF cycle. The evaluation was focused on the performance and process of the work of all UN agencies in Cambodia, and looked at ways to mainstream the 2030 Agenda in the next UNDAF cycle.
