Universalia is implementing the final evaluation of the third phase of the project “Strengthening the capacity of teachers and policymakers from participating countries in innovative pedagogical skills”. ITEN was officially launched in 2010 and, during its first two phases, focused on developing a multimodal approach to teacher professional development by offering innovative learning initiatives through a variety of technologies. The current evaluation is assessing the relevance, effectiveness, efficiency of the project that was implemented across the 34 OAS Member States.
