Universalia completes the Evaluation of WFP’s People Strategy

Universalia has recently completed the Evaluation of WFP’s People Strategy for the World Food Programme (WFP).

The WFP's People Strategy, which was first approved in 2014, stands as the organization's "blueprint" for reinforcing, retaining and recruitment of its workforce. At the heart of this is the aim of creating a more people-centred WFP which focuses on the welfare and development of its employees with the ultimate aim of better serving the organization’s beneficiaries.

As part of the evaluation of the People Strategy, a team of evaluators, led by Universalia and comprised of both Universalia consultants and external associates, assessed the quality and results of the Strategy, as well as factors affecting achievement of results.

The Executive Summary is available in English, French, Spanish and Arabic on WFP’s website.

The Final Report is also available online in English.
