Needs Assessment and Development of a Results-Based Management System for the Nile Basin Initiative

Under two contracts, Universalia conducted first a context and readiness assessment for results-based management within the Nile Basin Initiative (NBI), and then assisted NBI in creating a results-based system. This assignment involved assisting NBI in developing an LFA for the overall initiative, and for its various program components. It also included the development of tools, guides, training and Training for Trainers programs, coaching programs for planning, monitoring, implementing and reporting on results.
