Universalia is pleased to announce that we have won an evaluation of UN “Delivering as One” DaO in Rwanda. There are eight DaO evaluations taking place in 2010 under the eight UNDP pilot countries. On the ground, UNDP is the lead agency alongside the lead government ministry: Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning.
