Universalia is undertaking a capacity assessment of the Basic Needs Trust Fund (BNTF) Offices for the Caribbean Development Bank. Marie-Hélène Adrien led the mission in Grenada in January 2014 and visited several BNTF projects including the Grand-Roy Pre-School rehabilitation project and the Victoria Pre-School project.
Following the passage of Hurricane Ivan in 2004, a large number of education facilities had been destroyed and BNTF gave special consideration to rebuild or renovate schools and pre-schools.
