The Vision Council is responsible for monitoring the progress of Botswana towards its Vision 2016, and communication that progress to the Nation. Universalia conducted an Organisational Assessment of the Vision Council and Secretariat and a review of the execution of the past Strategic Plan (2004-6). Then we will build a Strategic Plan 2008-10 for the Vision Council, through a workshop of the stakeholders.
