The overall purpose of the learning review is to assist the Foundation in strategic decision making about how the foundation engages in replenishment processes as part of broader resources mobilization efforts. The review will develop analytical replenishment models, mapping the various approaches and tactics across multiple health replenishments utilized by the Foundation drawing on extensive document review and key stakeholder consultations. The findings from this study will be published in the form of Learning Papers which will help the Foundation understand its role and contributions to multiple replenishments which will provide guidance on what approaches and tactics the Foundation should continue implementing and which ones it should reconsider; and help identify best practices that the Foundation can build on and replicate in other health and non- health emerging priorities.
