Evaluation of UNICEF Tunisia Country Program 2015-2020

Universalia was mandated by the UNICEF Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa to conduct the evaluation of UNICEF Country Programme in Tunisia 2015-2020. The objectives of this Country Programme Evaluation (CPE) was to provide impartial and independent evidence to assist the Country Office and the Government of Tunisia to identify and fill knowledge gaps required for the next programme cycle. In particular, this summative and formative evaluation assessed the performance of UNICEF Tunisia with regard to the degree of achievement of the expected results defined in the Country Programme Documents, investigated whether the programmatic changes introduced by UNICEF Tunisia following the mid-term review improved programme delivery, and identified lessons learned from the implementation of the UNICEF Tunisia Country Programme and provided actionable recommendations for the next programmatic cycle 2021-2025.
