Mid-Term Program Evaluation and Institutional Assessment of the Canadian Rotary Collaboration for International Development (2006-2009)

CIDA hired Universalia to conduct a program evaluation and institutional assessment of the Canadian Rotary Collaboration for International Development (CRCID), to 1) assess the progress made on recommendations arising from a previous evaluation; 2) assess the progress and results of the 2006-2009 CRCID programs (CDN$5.5 million program value) and make recommendations as necessary; and 3) strategically position CRCID for future programming with CIDA by recommending program, organizational and operational improvements. This assignment included data collection in Kenya and in Canada through both in-person and telephone interviews with Rotary representatives across Canada. After this assignment was completed, CRCID hired Universalia to assist them with improving their RBM practices.
