Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) Development for BridgeNorth

BridgeNorth is a survivor-led charitable organization, started in 2014 with the goal of seeing an end to sex trafficking and sexual exploitation in Canada. BridgeNorth’s mission is to restore the inherent dignity of sexually exploited women and girls by meeting their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs through a holistic continuum of care. BridgeNorth commissioned Universalia to develop a Performance Measurement Framework (PMF) using trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approaches. To complement the PMF, Universalia additionally provided a user-friendly manual on Results-Based Management (RBM) to further assist with BridgeNorth’s ongoing monitoring.
