Performance Review Advisory Services to CIDA’s MBA Program in Central and Northern Europe

Universalia provided a performance review advisory services to CIDA’s MBA projects in Latvia, Poland, Romania, and the Czech Republic. The end-of-project performance reviews were aimed at identifying project results and satisfaction of CIDA’s Key Success Factors for projects. The reviews provided an analysis of both the rationale and the implications for future initiatives and lessons learned, and assessed women’s participation in the project. The end-of-project reviews included data collection and analysis in Canada, and site visits to the participating institutions overseas in the final year of the projects.
