The 2015-2020 country programme implemented by UNICEF, which responds to emergencies and addresses development challenges in the health, EHA, education, nutrition, child protection and social policies areas, is the largest among the UN agencies present in Madagascar.
Universalia has been mandated to conduct the first-ever evaluation of the country programme to be carried out by UNICEF in Madagascar,. which aims to inform national thinking around the development of the next cooperation programme between UNICEF and Madagascar. This strategic evaluation required the deployment of a team of four experts in various parts of the country to contribute to the UNICEF strategic reflection process.
