The CLEAR Board has commissioned Universalia to conduct a mid-term evaluation (MTE)

After three years of implementation, the CLEAR Board has commissioned Universalia to conduct a mid-term evaluation (MTE) on the progress made to date. The users of the MTE include the Board and the Secretariat of CLEAR, the Regional Centers, the CLEAR donors, as well as private sector actors, governments and voluntary organizations of professional evaluators.
