Universalia is pleased to announce that its team on gender equity's transversal integration in M&E practices has won two new contracts.
Our team will have the opportunity to support Plan international in producing the annual progress report for the Because I am a Girl campaign. For the third consecutive year, the two organizations will work together to conduct a web-based survey in order to collect, analyze and synthesize information on the campaign's impact. It will seek, in particular, to identify the number of boys and girls impacted by the campaign as well as the advocacy, research, fundraising and communication activities which have taken place. This survey will be carried out worldwide in the 78 Plan international's offices.
Universalia will also provide technical evaluation support to the Association patronale des entreprises en construction du Québec (APECQ). During this three-year mandate, Universalia will develop an evaluation plan and will conduct the final evaluation of a women's mentoring program in the construction sector. This program aims to facilitate the advancement of women professionals in the building industry despite the many institutional and personal hurdles they encounter.
Mr. Emmanuel Trépanier will lead these two projects, which will begin in September 2015.
