The Board of Directors of the Canadian Evaluation Society Educational Fund (CESEF) have awarded the Universalia Charles Lusthaus Scholarship to Mr. Yasser Ismail, a credentialed evaluator practicing in Toronto, ON. Yasser has contributed to a large range of program evaluations across the province of Ontario as well as nationally. He has over a decade of experience in external and internal evaluation roles and his research has been motivated by the limitations of evaluation practice when it is not operationalized as an integrated leadership and change management function specifically in the healthcare sector.
This initiative continues to celebrate Charles’ legacy in the field of evaluation and Universalia is proud to support this scholarship for the fourth year in a row.
