Universalia has been awarded a contract to conduct the evaluation of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) Agriculture Advocacy in Africa Portfolio. Through this evaluation the BMGF aims to better understand what mix of partners, advocacy tactics and levels of engagement are most effective and efficient at moving the needle of agricultural policy and agricultural financing in African.
This assignment will be led by Marie-Hélène Adrien, Senior Consultant, in collaboration with Ms. Katrina Rojas, Mr. Dale Thompson, Mr. Lorenzo Daieff and Mr. Havard Bergo.
