Universalia is leading a consortium of firms that have won the three-year contract for the Design and Implementation of GPE 2020 Country-level evaluations 2017-2020. The consortium includes three other companies, ITAD (UK), Mokoro (UK), Results for Development (USA). This assignment will focus on the validation of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) implementation model, through the conduct of 22 summative and 8 prospective evaluations in multiple countries. The assignment is led by Dr. Marie-Hélène Adrien, with a core management team composed of Ms. Rachel Outhred, Dr. Anette Wenderoth, Dr. Nicholas Burnet, Mr. Mark Roland, Mr. Dale Thompson and Mr. Havard Bergo.
