During his recent visit to Dakar, Mr. Jérôme Gandin, a consultant at Universalia and a member of the SQÉP board of administration, led a discussion with young evaluators from the Senegalese Evaluation Society on the challenges of their chosen profession. Several SENEVAL members had come to participate in the discussion and share with Universalia the challenges they face and the opportunities they have in their country.
