For the second year in a row, Universalia participated in the World Bank Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) Week. The Universalia team attending included Dr. Marie-Hélène, Dr. Monica Trevino, and Mr. Rudy Broers.
During the panel organized by IEG on the World Bank’s interest in Global and Regional Partnership Programs (GRPPs), Universalia President, Dr. Marie-Hélène Adrien, presented a paper on lessons learned from evaluating GRPPs.
Universalia is the external firm that has conducted the most independent evaluations of World Bank’s GRPPs: Cities Alliance, Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery, Water and Sanitation, Global Road Safety Program, infoDev, Association for the Development of Education in Africa, Global Donor Platform for Rural Development and the International Land Coalition.
