Lissom Huang is a Project and Administrative Assistant at Universalia, supporting the Organization & Partnership Performance and Strategy & Impact practices. Born and raised in Montreal, a vibrant multicultural city, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University. Her academic journey deepened her interest in intersectionality and how diverse communities navigate social structures, particularly through the lens of literature. Fluent in English, French, and Chinese, Lissom brings a multilingual and cross-cultural perspective that strengthens her ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and facilitate effective communication between different teams.

Prior to joining Universalia, Lissom gained international experience in the public education sector, actively engaging with Taiwan's Sustainable Development initiatives, which are integrated across all levels of teaching and learning. Through another opportunity, she also contributed to initiatives aligned with the Good Health and Well-Being Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 3) in the private wellness industry, further honing her skills in project coordination and global engagement.
