Universalia successfully completed the Formative Evaluation for Mid Term Review of the Growth and Economic Opportunities for Women Program (GrOW) for the International Development Research Centre (IDRC). This formative, mid-term evaluation examined the portfolio of research projects funded through the Growth and Economic Opportunities for Women (GrOW) program by IDRC, DFID and the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. In so doing, this MTE assessed the quality (rigour, importance, legitimacy) of GrOW research and its positioning for use and impact, including improved research capacities, knowledge sharing, application of research results and awareness among policy makers and others towards improved public policies and programming.
