Monitoring and Evaluation Capacity Building for Canadian Crossroads International (CCI)

The purpose of the assignment was to assess needs, design, and establish an ongoing monitoring and evaluation system that would enable CCI to determine if it is achieving its program objectives and results; what unplanned results are being achieved; and further CCI’s understanding of how best to achieve its objectives. The monitoring and evaluation system focused on CCI’s three areas of programming, namely, partnership building, capacity development and public engagement. In addition, the monitoring system was linked to the monitoring needs and systems of CCI’s partners (both Northern and Southern) and its funders.
