CGAP IV Mid-Term Evaluation

The Consultative Group to Assist the Poor (CGAP) commissioned Universalia Management Group to conduct an external, independent mid-term evaluation of CGAP’s performance covering the period of July 2008 through June 30, 2011. The overarching objectives of the mid-term evaluation were (1) to assess CGAP’s performance (relevance, effectiveness and management) to date under the current phase (FY2009 – FY2013) in relation to its strategy and priority objectives; and (2) to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement over the remainder of the current phase and beyond based on CGAP’s comparative advantage in a rapidly evolving financial inclusion landscape.
