Early Formative Evaluation the World Bank Global Roads Facility

Universalia recently assembled a multi-disciplinary team to undertake the early formative evaluation of the World Bank’s Global Road Safety Facility, a multi-donor program somewhat analogous to the Cities Alliance. The evaluation currently under way focuses on the relevance, effectiveness and efficiency of the program. Field missions will be conducted by the evaluation team in London, Geneva and Serbia and data collection will also involve phone interviews as well as a broad-based survey of global partners. The process also involves an exhaustive document review and is expected to be completed in 2009.
