Universalia conducted the evaluation of the relevance and sustainable impact of IDLO’s activities on the individuals who have participated in IDLO courses and activities, as well as upon their stakeholders, including their employing institutions, colleagues and cooperative partners. More specifically, the evaluation had three primary purposes: To ascertain the development impact of IDLO in relation to the last 5 years of its programming mix; to develop for IDLO new mechanisms to improve the quality of its performance assessment mechanisms; to assess IDLO’s planning and reporting systems.
