Results-Based Management Application in Fragile States

CIDA, under leadership of EMM Branch, has recently established a working group (WG) on the application of RBM in fragile states. The purpose of the assignment was for the consultant to assist and advise CIDA EMM branch with regards to the following key tasks: Preparation and Planning of consultative focus group meetings with CIDA field and HQ staff, including preparation of presentations and other materials to be shared with participants, and development of draft meeting schedules and methodology; Analysis and synthesis of data collected during focus group meetings; Development of a short guide on RBM application in fragile states.
